Getting Engaged

Getting engaged was honestly long overdue. We were so impatient (you especially), but I wanted everything to be perfect so I sadly kept pushing it back. I needed to get a ring, plan it, make sure the timing was right, talk to your mom and Jimmy, talk to Grandma Sue and Papa, then I had to actually do it. I started seriously shopping for a ring around late spring/early summer and I bought the ring during my summer in Missouri. I came up with my proposal idea mid-September, and I finally got to talk to everyone on my way out to Broken Bow for my thesis camping trip in early October. I was so nervous, but I knew with all I am that I wanted to marry you. From the day we started dating, there was no question about it. I love you so much, Reana (soon to be 👀) Nelson.
